"The gentleman that came out to do the estimate was very polite and professional. The team that came out to do the install were awesome. Professional and extremely polite. The product however is very disappointing. I spend thousands of dollars to have our 6 large windows treated and I can't tell any difference. The sun still beats down in my office causing a huge temp increase that can't be controlled. For the amount of money spent I would have hoped to see a little improvement but I can't tell the difference at all. 5 stars for the gentleman that did the install but 0 stars for the product itself."
