"Took my 12 year old daughter back here to get nails filled after a great first experience. Unfortunately, had a very poor experience with today's technician. Language barrier prevented her getting the shape she wanted. Technician seemed angry and was short with both of us as we tried to ask questions so she could get what she wanted. When she saw the tecnician doing a different shape than she wanted, she tried to speak up, and technician spoke harshly to her, roughly yanked her hand and the tool cut her skin. She started crying and technician and other workers ignored her, asked no questions. When I saw her crying afterward, I tried to figure out why while all workers continued to ignore us. As I paid I tried to explain the miscommunication and the technician rushed up and rudely insisted my daughter "said she liked it." She drug her over to show another worker the shape and that worker offered to fix it but my daughter was scared and embarrassed by that point, so we paid and got out of there. Will have to fix them at home. Beware, hit or big miss here, go at your peril. We won't be returning, which is a shame because I thought we'd found a good spot. If they'd exhibited a hint of caring I might have given them another chance, but since they didn't ... I won't."

"I went in to get my nails done and have been getting powder dip for many years. I always ask to have them to make them thicker or they will break easily. When I went into fetish nails I had told them the same thing. Jennifer, was the name of my nail tech and she recommended that I do acrylic nails to help keep them strong. So I trusted her judgement and absolutely loved how they turned out! She did a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back to her!!"

"Very poor experience! Do not recommend this place!! Went in for dip. Cuticles were not cut or even pushed down for that matter. They put on the entirely wrong color and when I said something after the first application she said “you picked this color” and just kept going. I corrected her again, and she said “yes this is the number you picked” and continued to apply…turns out their numbers were labeled incorrectly to the corresponding colors! After I get up the nail tech tells my friend “ that was definitely the wrong color” and laughed about it. Then at checkout she tells me the total and asks if it’s cash or card so I hand her my card and she runs it.. then tells me AFTER that if I pay cash it’s cheaper. I called to talk to a manager about the experience and they refused a refund and said after talking to their tech none of what I said happened so I was essentially called a liar. Their offer was for me to come back in and get it fixed. After all of that? No way. Awful service all the way around!"

"I went in the evening, they were very rushed and acted like my presence was inconvenient. I had my child with me and whenever he made any kind of noise, they were judgmental. My manicure was terrible. Dip on my skin; imperfections everywhere. They told me if I came back they would fix it. When I came back, they didn’t see anything wrong with their quick work. I could have done them better myself. I would save your money and go somewhere that one is kinder to people and two does good work."
