"I stopped by at 5pm and was there for somewhere between 20 and 30 minutes. There was a new-to-me batch of kids working today. Chauncey guided me into bay 3. His gestures were a little small but definitely sufficient for the situation. He was instantly likeable, polite (a little heavy on the "sirs" but not too bad), and very observant. There were a few more hands involved than I was comfortable with but the overall banter between employees was fun to listen to. Jason seems like a good boss. He took time to educate one of the kids who was visibly still building familiarity with the work (a jolt from a DeWalt power tool had him smack his hand but he worked through it). Jason also made sure everybody knew to stay on the clock for the mandatory meeting after work tonight. Soothing my fears/apprehension over how many different sets of hands were involved, Chauncey gave everything under the hood a final once over before I had to ask (which I was going to). I made sure to let him know that I appreciated that. He also did the whole "call out" thing with the guy under the car. I heard him confirm. I left feeling optimistic about the future."

"The oil change was double the price of other places we have taken our vehicle. And the work was riddled with mistakes. They even overfilled the oil reservoir by more than a quart. We will NEVER take a vehicle to Valvoline again. Definitely one of the worst oil changes I have experienced in nine states."
