"Very friendly staff, very clean. Sapa has great customer service which is very important to me. I had gone in for a pedicure a few weeks ago. The next day I noticed I was missing shellac on my pinky toe. I went back in, and they fixed it. Over the following 2 weeks, more had fallen off. Although it had been around 2.5 weeks since my initial appointment they didn’t hesitate to re-do the shellac and ensure it had good adhesion. I was very very appreciative!! Although I could not recall who my original tech was, Tony & Spring did an amazing job fixing it. Highly recommend both of them. Where most would’ve given a 1 star review from this experience, their dedication to their quality earned them 4 stars! Thank you!!"

"Kim does my shellac manicures and pedicures, on my natural nails. Her pedicures are by far the best I’ve ever had. The other day she talked me into going pink for Valentine’s Day when she knows I don’t do pink nails. But they turned out so well. I love them. Thanks Kim!"

"Love this place. It's clean, friendly and Lu does an amazing job on my nails. I always get dips on my natural nails and my daughter gets acrylics. I pick a color and Lu comes up with a design. I won't go to anyone else!"

"I had never been to Sapa before and this was my first visit. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and was asked how I could be helped. I was seated right away for tips and dip with Tony. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and his response was “easy”. He wasted no time getting started and did an absolutely amazing job. I will be going to asap a from now on to get my nails does. :)"
