Deja Vu

"Came one time, had a GREAT experience! Scheduled another appointment, came in, and was THEN informed my service was going to cost twice as much because of how long it takes to do my hair. And as a Black woman, it does make me feel some kind of way. Now, that wouldn't have been an issue if I had been informed during my scheduling of the appointment, or even if the stylist had reached out to me before. But nope, they decided to be rude and inconsiderate. And I am still lucky enough to need my hair done. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

"Emily is absolutely phenomenal and so sweet! I was very nervous to go to a new stylist, and after research and reading reviews from her other happy clients, I chose her. I hope my review will do the same for others in search of a fantastic stylist. Emily has cut my hair a couple times now and has done highlights. She has great suggestions and is very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend her and I am so glad I found her. She also has a wonderful personality and immediately put me at ease. My husband now gets his hair cuts at the same location with Brooke and is just as pleased."
