"Over the last 5 months with Dr. Pauly have been great. It started out rough because of BCBS not cooperating with the office. But they have been able to work with me until Pauly was approved to be in network with BCBS. I have been going to this dentist clinic for as long I can remember starting with Lance. Everyone in this office will treat you like family. Pauly is very descriptive on what needs to been worked on and what causes some problems. I will continue working with them for the foreseeable future."
"Almost was recommended to seek services from this business, however, after hearing about the unethical treatment of my friend who was seeking oral surgery services, I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere. Not only was the service absolutely horrendous with nothing but disrespect from the administration and billing officials, but there is suspected evidence of upcoding and providing false estimates regarding price of services with insurance. These unethical behaviors have made it so I will never seek services here, and I will highly recommend others to go elsewhere until the billing department issues are resolved. It's very unfortunate because the kindness of the doctor is what made me consider services."

Fixed the work from another dentist that wasn't done properly, then got some otherthings done I've wanted for a long time but needed to be comfortable with the dentist. Overall wonderful experience. "Outstanding dentist and lovely staff! Worked my dad in when he had pain in his tooth - worked me in when I was in a lot of pain with a tooth- so concerned, helpful, kind, and thoughtful.
