We had to take our Tesla in for a repair that was unable to be done at the dealership (they recommended this shop as they are certified for repairs). Their communication was great, and they were very timely with all steps of the process! Upon completion of our repair, we picked up our car to be surprised by a well detailed clean on the interior, to which we did not expect. Great customer service, and we will certainly return in the future for any repair needs!"

"Can't comment on their work, but the customer service was subpar. We took our car in for a scheduled estimate that was supposed to take 15-20 minutes. We were left waiting for 45 minutes before someone finally saw us. The whole process took well over an hour before it was finished, and it was at that point we were told that they wouldn't even be able to get us in for over 3 months which didn't work for us. It would've been helpful to know that up front instead of at the end of the estimate process."
