"Seemed like a nice guy but after paying $7k up front we got our shower 10 months later. A few weeks later a pipe broke damaging drywall in the basement. After MANY calls and texts unanswered a few weeks later he finally showed up and put a coat of mud on. He never completed the repair so I did it myself. Update: Mmany months later and after he saw this review he called and paid for the plumber."

"Absolutely the worst experience ever dealing with these guys. To say the owner is a liar is an understatement. We ordered $6000 worth of Onyx to be installed by them and after getting the runaround for weeks, we contacted the manufacturer in Kansas who told us the order wasnt placed for two weeks after we paid for it (on April 2, 2018). Owner refused the install and cancelled most of the order. We finally got a partial order literally dropped off in our driveway today (May 31). "Not the best place for deals. My wife went there to order a chrome towel shower bar and was charged $32.10. When she brought it home I looked online and found it at several other online stores for $13.44. When I called to ask about returning it, George was rather rude and would not accept the return or match the other retail stores price. Right in the middle of a sentence he decided to hang the phone up and would not talk to me. Don't waste your time!"
