They are refusing my regular every 6 months cleaning unless I pay 1400.00 to clean under my gums. I said ok see what my insurance will pay.""" They came back after submitting twice to the insurance, and the rude receptionist CALLS ME and said they won't pay anything. I was like, that's because you're not coding it right. I got the letter from the insurance also, and they say you're not coding it correctly. I even called them. Then the receptionist became very rude and said I will no longer be able to COME there unless I pay the 1400 dollars and do the service. I said, "Will I'll go to a different dentist and see what they say if this is necessary?" I have also had good teeth. This, to me, is blackmail. Plain and simple blackmail. If u want to stay our patient, then pay 1400 is what it boils down to. My husband and family and I will be going somewhere else from now on. BTW. That receptionist is so rude. She tries to act like a dentist when (get a clue) YOU'RE A RECEPTIONIST!"
