"I would totally give this company a negative rating if it would let me. My husband saw them last year and we thought things were fine. Then we received a statement in the mail a year later for over $1,000 balance they say was owed. Tried to call the payment number, they refused to help us with explaining the statement because they said I was not authorized to talk on his behalf, which I am as he is on all of our accounts. Then tried to make a payment online. It won’t accept Care Credit, which they had him get to cover his dental work. Why would you ask us to get a card that you don’t accept over the phone or online? Called the location that he went to and was continuing put on hold instead of someone talking to us. Called the 2nd location in town and at least they explained the statement to me even though it doesn’t make sense that they would even be sending us the bill in the first place. They don’t take care credit over the phone or online? They had us get that card in the first place!!! So why would you not take it online or over the phone, but only in person at the store?? Terrible place! very unprofessional and unorganized. We will never return here or refer anyone here!"

Went in with some tooth pain and the visit was very informative and we got down to the problem of the discomfort. The staff were helpful especially when it came to my dental insurance since I've never used dental insurance before. Staff deserves A+."
