"Concrete equipment horribly coated in old concrete, they didn't check the gas in it before they sent it with me or even check to see if it ran. The next time I went to rent they said it was out the day before I needed it but couldn't tell me if it would be back in time. Wouldn't even check to see if they could transfer from another store. They used to have great bend over backwards customer service. But not so much now."
