"I never thought I would make a purchase with a dealer again. Had purchased with a car broker in Denver for my prior 3 cars, but this time that broker could not find the exact car I wanted. Enter David Lawrence with Premier Toyota in North Platte. This guy is the real deal! Straight forward, easiest car purchase ever. One week after buying our first car with David (a used 2023 Toyota) it was totaled in an accident. I didn't see the replacement car we wanted in Premier Toyota inventory so off to the broker and Denver dealers I went. What a waste of time, they all wanted me to "come on down and talk about what I was looking for" or "we can probably get that car but you're 5 months out minimum." So for the heck of it I called David and told him about the accident as on a wing and a prayer told him what we were hoping to find as a replacement. Less than two hours later, honestly less than two hours David called back and said he had located the exact car and could trade one in his inventory for it. OMG unreal, I would say give David a call and at least give him a chance to help you. No pressure, easy going call, like stepping back in time! The drive from Denver is easy and soooo worth it. in both cases we were in and out in under 30 minutes at the exact price quoted (fees were far less than Denver dealerships btw) without out any hassle. I cannot believe I'm willing to recommend a dealer but I will absolutely go back if we find any car need again."
"The best car buying experience I could imagine. This place has awards in their lobby and on their business cards and I can see why. Everything was personal, thoughtful, and had no trace of the typical car buying experience. Both times I called before arriving, someone answered the phone immediately and was super friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what they had in stock and all about the vehicles, which is uncommon for dealerships I’ve discovered. The GM David Lawrence was who we worked with the most. He had the car ready to test drive immediately when I arrived, then sat inside with me after and answered any questions I had. He made the payment process a breeze, and was friendly and patient the whole time, despite being understaffed that day. There was never the typical salesman questions of trying to gauge the customer, or upsell them on things they don’t need. Garod Remus from the nearby Chevy dealership was over helping that day, and finished our transaction with us once we returned to pay. He was also thorough, patient, friendly, and urged us to call whenever we had questions about the car or payment process. Finally sales specialist Kade Lawrence sat in the car with me after purchasing, answering any final questions, helping me hook the car up to the app, and understanding all of the electronics. I never felt rushed, yet the process was so smooth and quick, with the most helpful and friendly people—thank you!"
"What a great place to fix car! I was on my way from east cost to West driving my 2011 Prius and somewhere in Iowa my cruise-control just give it up. Moreover on dash panel begin lightening different signs. First, I was in shock because i needed drive 1500 miles more . What to do - should i go immediately to service or i can still can drive . I decided to went shop at North Platte, NE. David Lawrence, General Manager of Premier Toyota reassured me that they will find problem and send my car to garage immediately. After one hour of waiting they returned my car and he explained to me that car needs replace "right rear wheel speed sensor". Unfortunately, they don't have it but can order. Also, it is safe to drive only one problem - I cannot use cruise-control. With this words I continue my journey safely to Las Vegas where i can fix my Toyota at Toyota dealer. My big thank you for perfect customer service and great achievements"
"Friendly staff! Passing through town, I noticed that my brake fluid was empty. Even though they were super busy they took the time to check my SUV. It wound up being very clear brake fluid and wasn’t low at all. Thank ya’ll for helping me. And making sure my kids and I were safe hauling our big trailer cross country!"
