"We called Banco to have an X-ray machine looked at. We asked the Benco representative to give us an estimate on how much it would cost to repair the machine. After the Benco representive was in the office for approximately seven hours, mainly on the phone with tech support we received an invoice for over $7,000.00. We requested that Banco return the parts they ordered and cease and desist on any further activity regarding the X-ray machine. What parts that we had in our possession were returned to Benco and the X-ray machine was dismantled and disposed of. At no time did we agree to have the machine repaired. We have since received an invoice for over $13,000.00. We are currently disputing the charges. I would urge people to be very careful while dealing with Benco. We have had two experiences and both experiences would lead us to believe this is not a trust-worthy company."
