"My whole family was stranded just outside North Platte on the way out west. My roadside assistance said they called everyone but no oane answered or was available. I called Rick and he answered right away. He even worked with my VERY difficult roadside assistance representative and got it covered. He was sooo fast. Probably took him only 20 mins from the time I called on a Thursday night. Great guy! Took me to a shop which was great also. Thanks Rick!!!"

"Rick towed my truck and trailer a couple days ago I found his tow truck was not fully equipped and had very basic knowledge on knowing how to tow vehicles. When Rick placed his J hooks on my front axle to winch my truck up on his Rollbed he unknowingly hooked around my brake line on my front right wheel causing my caliper to lock up and brake fluid to go everywhere. This caused me to have to stay in North Platte for three additional days. I later tried contacting Rick to have him compensate me for the damage to my vehicle that I had to pay to get prepared and three extra days in a hotel room. The first time I called him I had to leave a voicemail because he didn’t answer but he never returned my phone call I tried calling him six more times that day and still no response he’s dodging my calls both from my cell phone and from the dealerships phone. I highly advise you not to use ricks towing he may be fair in price when he damages your vehicle he will ignore you leaving you to foot the bill to fix your vehicle. Now I am out of pocket about $950 and three days behind on my traveling because of his incompetence. Since he’s ignoring my phone calls I have notified the Better Business Bureau and filed complaint I’ve also had to contact my attorney so I can sue him."
