"Got stuck in the hotel during the winter storm, the service was good but I woke up a day later covered in bed bug bites. Not just a couple either, had like 8 different lines on me, which tells me that they had them in the room for a while. now panicking on trying to prevent furniture and items from getting ruined. Avoid at all costs and if a snow storm hits go to tge local church shelter if you have too. It will save you a lot of money, time and headache."
"We could not stay here because they do not allow dogs inside even in weather emergencies. The service was rude and lacked empathy in dangerous road conditions. They offered that our dog could stay outside in a kennel during a blizzard. Would highly recommend checking out the bed and breakfast in town with such a kind owner over this hotel. Based on other reviews, sounds like this may have been a win for us to avoid bed bugs!"
"The hotel is perfect for this town. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and plenty of hot water. The staff was kind and welcoming. There were even homemade cookies from the manager when we left."
"Though the rooms could use some updating, Shannon and her staff are all incredibly hospitable and that more than made up for the quality of the rooms. We were stranded in the area with a blown transmission and they bent over backwards to accommodate us while we waited for a new one. I would highly recommend this hotel unless you're accustomed to room service and fancy lounges - in which case you're going to want to travel another 5 or 6 hours to Denver."
