"I had been going here for about six months now and have appreciated the quality of the haircut. In fact, I wanted to get in before my wedding trip to get a cut. When I called , I was rudely informed that if I was a regular client I should know she doesn't do appointments (once again, trying to schedule a cut before my wedding), and that she was leaving in two days for vacation anyways..I am glad you have plenty of regulars, because you lost this one..and you can tear up my frequent cut puch card too!"
