"Today I visited this place for the first time. I am new to town and decided to get my very first set here. When I walked in I was amazed at how welcoming the setting was but when I began receiving services I had to beg to have my cuticles cleaned before getting my set after paying for a soak off. Several times I had to ask her not to cut my natural nails that was not something I wanted to do at the moment afterwards I asked for a simple pink and white set where she applied the white tip (acrylic) before the pink which left white marks where she then placed light pink so it shows which makes my set look very ugly and unpresentable. Then during the process she cut me by having the machine turned higher than what she could handle and after doing so she laughed . I had to ask her to at least discount the service due to her cutting me and then having the nerve to laugh in my face. I hated to have to write such a bad review but I do believe others should be warned on the type of service they may receive when coming to this establishment."

"Best place in North Platte to get your nails done. They’re friendly, take appointments so there’s little to no wait time, have both shellac and dip powder, do great at fixing cuticles, and their nails look flawless every single time. I’m hard on my nails and toenails but their polish consistently holds up. Plus, they give the most relaxing massages on both manicures and pedicures. I suggest Rose, Mimi, or Mulan to all my friends. The pictures are of my real nails but I’ve had their fake and they look phenomenal too."
