"Despite the excellent sales staff and quality furniture, we are very displeased that our check for our items was cashed EIGHT months after purchasing. This threw all of our finances in disarray. This is not ethical or professional. We know we weren’t the only ones to which this occurred"

"Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a dining room table on January 18th. At the time they told me the chairs weren't made so it could be 6-8 weeks. Started contacting them in March and Karen would repeatedly say "we get a truck on Wednesday or should be on that". Finally, on June 1st I went in only to find they never actually ordered it! So after Tori ordered it I called again. At first Karen didn't want to talk to me because I worked with Tori. After I finally convinced her she told me she would call back. She didn't. This went over and over. Finally today I walked in only for Karen to refuse to check for it in the store room because she "didn't know where to look". Tell me she was the owner but not be able to issue a refund for my down payment. Wow. Guess I'll go somewhere else for the table as well as all future furniture purchases. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and inability operate as an efficient business."

"Can't wait for it to be delivered beautiful set - But wait is an understatement. Bought a week ago, and now won't get it until June 7th after they said we'd get it right after the memorial weekend. I paid for delivery, grrrrr not happy. Unfortunately we decided to cancel. You pay for delivery, and then get the response - after again saying we'd be out of town on the 7th - "Well I don't know when it will go out, have no idea when the truck will fill up for that route". Their delay, helped me realize I'd rather have leather and found what I wanted else where."

"Showroom is very nice. The saleslady Linda helped us out with two new recliners. She was a pleasure to work with and made it easy for us. As for the recliners, they seem to be a good quality product for the money spent. Definitely would shop here again."

"6/27/21 Went to Webber's yesterday to shop for a replacement to our living room recliner and sofa as our current set is over 20 years old. It was important to us to be able to sit in the furniture and try it out before purchasing. My wife and I are so grateful to have a local furniture store, so that we can do that on the spur of the moment. The sales lady that helped us was careful to listen to our needs and guide us to different options. She was not pushy, just there to listen and discuss options. She had a great personality and made us feel like family. We purchased a recliner and sofa off the show floor, and it is being delivered on Wednesday, just four days after purchase. We will post an update when the furniture is delivered, but so far we are very pleased with our experience and grateful that Webber's has been serving our area for over half a century!"
