"Terribly run bussines. Can't remember to print statements for patients. And up charges you right before your appointment because someone put in the wrong codes. I had financed the first 90%. So the treatment plan was almost paid out, but now they want to add an additional 50% to the total. It feels like robbery. I heard them do this to another patient on my first visit. Should of took a hint I guess"

"This location does not know how to conduct business. Me a my wife went in today for an appointment that was made 6 months in advanced. The person that is supposed to check you in was not helpful at all and did not try to address the situation or help in any fashion. I would not recommend aspen to no one. Not like they will fix the problem..."

"Excellent. Was there over a year ago and got my upper denture and last week went in for my annual visit. New doctor, seemed like whole new staff. I was treated like a person and not just another dollar in their pockets. Doctor gave me many options on what I could do for my lower teeth. So professional yet family like. Great staff and and treatment was perfect and quick. I definitely recommend Fremont Aspen dental. Linda"
