"I had called The Hilton Honors Club 3 weeks earlier to book my stay. During this call the customer service representative guaranteed me side by side rooms. Infact, he placed me on hold for 15min while he called the hotel and spoke with management to insure that this would happen. However, upon check in my children were forced to stay in a room down the hall as they could not provide side by side rooms as they had guaranteed me. Not to mention the pool and hot tub have been in disrepair for a year or more according to the front desk staff."

"Our room was clean. The purpose of the rating was the room was not ready at check in we waited around 45 minutes for the room. The problem an associate Frankie who wasn’t apologetic to the situation. I understand that things happen but if it was me I would have offered you a bottle of water and a snack or something to show concern."

"Do not stay here. I don't know how this place was so highly rated. I wish I had read through the reviews before staying. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Mystery stains on the walls and curtains. Floor was sticky, carpet was sticky, Funny smells. LOOK AT THAT REMOTE! When we arrived I wasn't even asked to show I.D, wasn't greeted friendly, just slapped the room keys on the counter. Breakfast was bad too. The cream cheese was warm and smelled sour. Very few options."

"Welcomed upon arrival and as a Diamond member we were promptly offered a snack and bottled water. The room was immaculate and updated, very nice and comfortable. Hotel as quiet and the continental+ breakfast the next morning was hot and tasty. Convenient easy off the interstate but far enough away so no noise. Don’t hesitate to stay here."
