Quality Inn Sidney I-80

"Nothing says half the property is non-functional, which means the pool and hot tub are out of order and have been for months. Looks like nothing has been updated in twenty years, little hot water, exterior door broken (security problem), double room w one bed that flipped off its platform with any unequal weight (???). I booked late but we ar frequent road-trippers, this was shockingly poor."

"The entire pool and spa area is closed and off-limits. This was the entire reason we booked this place with a car full of kids. Didn't figure it out until after 6PM when we had all the kids suit up and head down the hall to the pool and we see the little printed sign on the door. Wasn't mentioned on the website or at check in earlier. Literally the only reason we booked a room in this dilapidated place."

"Up on arrival I found that I had booked to the next night the lady clerk was very helpful and took care to adjust my dates for my reservation. After checking in I was very skeptical because of the reviews I had read which they could have been further from the truth by what I found the room was very nice and everything in place breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. The only flaw was the bed could stand to be updated but all in all a very nice place to stay!"

"The staff is amazing! So friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Rooms are very clean as well. Would recommend the stay here to anyone."

"Front counter was sticky, first hotel room was dirty, sheets had stains. Then when they gave us room keys for another room they wouldn’t work. We took that as a sign, and cancelled our reservation. They promised to completely refund our credit card, but instead charged us the next morning when we didn’t even stay there. We have repeatedly phoned only to be told that the manager had to deal with it and would phone us back. It’s been 2 weeks and the matter is still not resolved. The place was filthy. To add to this review, we contacted Choice Hotels and were told that our reservation was listed as a “no show”. This is a lie as we did show up and were unable to stay there."
