"Horrible care from Erica, I called in at 8:30 with a horrible tooth ache, she told me she would call me back after talking to the dentist, I called back after not hearing anything at 9:30 got told the same thing. Waited patiently with an extremely throbbing tooth until 11:30 & called back & Erica was extremely rude and hung up on me after I told her I thought it was very rude and unkind of her to not call me back for 3 hours. She tried to tell me the dentist was with a patient since 7:45 & hadn’t had a break. I worked in a dental office for over 5 years & know that’s the biggest lie ever. Not the first time I’ve had issues there I quit going there four years ago when my children had a bad experience there with the older dr Weber. Only reason I was going to try to get in with them is cause my current dentist is out fo town at a convention and won’t be back until Monday. Do not recommend this place at all!"
