"I stayed in Alliance for a couple weeks as my husband worked nearby. This store was a lifesaver, as I have many food restrictions and usually bring all my own food to cook in the hotel...after having visited this store, the second week we traveled to Alliance I didn't stress nearly as much about food because I knew I could pop over and grab something if I needed. Not only does Alliance Health have lots of gluten free dry goods and snacks, but a whole row of fridges and freezers with meats, GF bread, dairy free cheeses/yogurt, frozen veggies, and some fresh produce. And the best part of all, the awesome owner, Misty, cooks lunches every day and I was able to get delicious loaded salads. She's very knowledgeable about food sensitivities, so she can be trusted! I practically cried with joy over the beautiful salads every day....it is so rare for me to have food I didn't have to cook, that also won't make me sick. If you're staying in or passing through Alliance, give her a call and see if you can grab some lunch!"
