The Mercato - Certified Piedmontese

"We go to Mercato every month. We have never been able to purchase meat from any store as top quality as their meat is. Compared to current meat prices and quality of grocery stores, spending a little extra here far outweighs getting shoddy cuts of meat at unreasonable prices from the local and chain grocers. Mercato also has a very lucrative rewards program as well as weekly specials. I mean, where else can you go and get 4 free NY Strips after spending $100 dollars. No where. Never had an inferior cut of meat from Mercato."

"Excellent selection of grass or grain fed Piedmontese beef. Picked up some bread, salami and pickles to try. I found the pricing fair for the quality of the product. I love all the high-end products. However, I stuck to a panini which was delicious, some bread,cheese, and sardines."

"Great little store that really shows off everything The Mercato and Casa Bovina have to offer. With a huge selection of everything from cheese, to meats, to sweet treats, you definitely have to leave with something! If you're hosting a dinner party, or just want to build that perfect charcuterie board they have what you need and the staff was super helpful with our questions. We'll definitely be back soon!"

"Went for their lunch special which happens every Friday. I'm not sure if it's just for the summer or if it's year long. There is one item available and usually a side I'm told from my friend who comes here all the time. She's been trying to get me out here and I'm very glad I went. The price was very good. The sandwich was huge and so full of steak that it was falling out. The side was an elote cup today. You can tell it's from corn on the cob. We were told they roasted it for 2 hours the day before. It's a very casual affair. You can sit on their patio in the shade to eat. I got the combo which saved me 2 dollars. It was a great experience. We skipped going into the butcher shop today. I've been in the past and it's a very nice place to shop. The prices were reasonable. I price compared a few things in Amazon and found it was often better to just grab it from here instead. Parking is easily available from their large lot. It's free. The only thing of note is you do need to get here early. It's a place that can and will sell out quickly if the offering of the day is exceptional."

"Great butcher shop! Knowledgeable staff about the cuts of meat available and any other questions I had! They also have ice cream available, which was quite good and had a rich flavor. Freshly made bread available there as well among other products that would go well with meat. Been there more then once now, and always had a great experience!"
