"Large selection, but it’s always messy. Very hard to find what you are looking for, as styles are very poorly organized amongst brands. One style of shoe can be in 3 places because there is little to no reorganization of the store. There are so many shoes laying in the aisles making it hard to navigate and looks trashy. Not every shoe is represented and it’s impossible to tell for sure what you want isn’t in stock. Very little mens clearance."

"Shoe Dept Encore in Gateway mall is a big enough store to display men women and kids shoes. They have a limited variety of bags as well. But the display is not good and shoes are lying here there. There's a clearance section as well where there's nothing except a few pairs in odd sizes."

"Absolutely no customer service skills by any of the employees here. No hello can I help you find anything. All I got was judgement looks from both employees that where working. Don’t waste your time or money here. Unless you want the free judgment looks."

"For the most part the prices are not bad considering it's the mall but they have a really good selection too. I totally dig the clearance area in the back of the store that is completely separated for easy access. They have only what you see so there's no hoping they have it and back or anything cuz it doesn't work like that here their beautiful and slick shoes, heels, sneakers, sandals, Crocs, boots, or whateva, no matter what you're looking for I'm sure they have somethin pretty similar to what you got in mind"
