CVS

"My company required we use CVS for prescriptions. We had Walmart and Walgreens previously. There has been far more prescription issues with CVS than Walmart or Walgreens. CVS does not want to do their job. Any issue and they just drop it until you call. Then they begrudgingly follow up. Frequently out of stock. Not very friendly either. Wish we could go back to Walgreens."

"If you want good customer service and to pick up prescriptions in a timely matter this place is not it. Every single month, my rx is never on time. I even call ahead of time to ask if it’s ready and they’ll tell me yes, I’ll drive all the way there, then they’ll tell me I can’t get it for a few more days. I’ll wait a few days and come back, still not ready and I’m told it’ll be a 30 minute wait. I would be more understanding if this only happened once or twice, but it’s been multiple times a month for the past year. Today I finally confronted them about my frustrations very politely and the pharmacy tech shut the window in my face while I was still talking. She was very disrespectful and was laughing at me. I was in awe, I was just trying to figure out why my prescriptions are never ready on time when I’m told that they are. I’m not a confrontational person and I’ve worked in customer service before, so I was not attacking her in anyway at all. I’ve also had to go back multiple times so the pharmacist could get my prescription right, she’s at least been nice and apologetic, but the pharmacy techs clearly need some customer service training and to treat their patients like human beings. Imagine if I needed my medication to live? It’s rediculous. This place needs to do better. I may just have to start driving out of the way and switch to Walgreens."
