"Prices are way too high. Goodwill is takes free stuff whybare your prices so high, thats why there is over 100+ game consoles because they are priced way to high. Can almost go buy new for the prices here. Need better pricers!"
"Did a drive up donation. Didn't wait for an attendant since the other car was unloading her car. I did see an employee but didn't look happy. I put my 1st bag by the door looked in and about 5 other employees were inside. I asked the one guy not so happy looking if I could put the donations here (by the door) he, in an annoyed voice, said, yes! So, I proceeded to drop off the rest of my bagged donations. I made a point to say thank you. I was hoping he'd feel a little better knowing I appreciate what he is doing, but he just ignored me. That's ok. We all have days. But others could possibly help."
"This was my first time visiting a Goodwill in a city & I was pretty impressed. Nice & roomy. Plenty of options. Pretty clean. Most things were sorted well. Staff was friendly. Prices were much better than they are in Norfolk. We filled a cart & spent less than $100."
