"I was looking to buy a new pair of shoes, and the more known name brands don't excite me. I decided to try Brown's, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Scott. You can tell that Scott truly wanted to help me. I tried 2-3 pairs of shoes while enjoying a positive, and fulfilling conversation with Scott. I soon picked out my shoes, and I was ready for checkout. I definitely appreciate this store, and the help that I received."

The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and was able to find shoes for me and my boyfriend with an added bonus of the price getting cheaper with each pair she found lol. So sorry I forgot her name but we got to chatting about Disney vacations and with her experience said the shoes I got would most likely be great for the trip and all the walking plus all the walking I do at work. She even told me about the health care discount so I will definitely be back for that! I'm super excited that my feet will feel better while at work too! I've had foot pain for years and I think these shoes will make a difference from the cheap sneakers I used to buy."

"I bought a pair of shoes recently at Browns in Ft. Collins. I had the best experience with the lady who helped me. She said I had 30 days to return the shoes if I changed my mind. I took them home and decided not to keep them. When I went to the return the shoes, the man (who wore a wedding band) at the counter was not nice at all. He tried to grab the box out my hand. I had the receipt in my hand and he ripped it out of my hand. He made the return transaction without speaking to me. He was obviously mad about my return. He was a jerk. I will not return to Browns due to this man's bad behavior. I didn't deserve such bad treatment, I did nothing wrong. I have since learned this man is the OWNER! No doubt, he won't respond and apologize for his atrocious behavior."
