"First time eating at a Jersey mikes and unfortunately due to this experience, we will never be trying it again. The door had piece of paper taped on the door with it the hours written in sharpie, giving the impression that they made up there own hours. Which stated they closed at 8:00pm, we showed up at 7:20pm. We were glared at as we walked in the door. Not greeted, the manager even pulled out his phone to check the time. We were in there for 5 minutes, they close at 8:00 not 7:20. We went in for only 2 sandwiches. Not only were we given horrible service and did not feel welcome, the food was not fresh or enjoyable in any way. Very disappointing."

"Every Jersey Mikes I have ever gone to has opened at 10. Opening at 11 is so weak, I went to get a sandwich at 10:30 here and the lady just watched me attempt to open the door and leave. There are people who get sandwiches to go for lunch later or in our case we were on our way out of town and wanted lunch for the road, the door has a sticker that says 10 open time then they have a home made note stating 11. Won’t be going here again and you likely missed out on around a $40 sale. Get your hours together."

"food is great! the workers however really ruin the whole experience. you CLOSE at 8, which is already early and the cooks always have an attitude, the girl Amber mumbled under her breath “do people not know what time it is” at 730. are you aware that that you cater to customers until the time posted? lose the attitude and greet customers the right way, no one is forcing you to work nights if it’s really a problem."

"The gentleman running the cash register was very nice and pleasant. The gentleman slicing the meat acted like he would rather be anywhere but there. I even heard him tell an employee "I'm not being paid to stay here till close" when this was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I work food service, I get sometimes we have bad days, but you don't ever project that in front of customers. Get a different job if you're so unhappy. He just made the whole place feel uneasy. Wish they wore name tags or I'd absolutely tell the name. Not an employee I would want to work with. Sure hope he isn't the manager cause I'm not sure why you wouldn't be paid for your time working, unless you're on salary. If that's the case, I feel super sorry for that store and the other workers who are just trying to do a good job."
