"My husband is on a transplant list. For MONTHS NOW we have had issues with being lied too. You don’t change a patient’s prescription without prior authorization and then lie and say you don’t have our insurance on file. Lie how could we have been able to get the supplies or the medical care without it and when it was updated. Two insurance types on file bill one i really don’t care which. I don’t think anyone at this office realizes that every time you drag your butt filling an order for a transplant patient you put that patient at risk of getting removed from the list due to non compliance. I’ll be damned if i am going to allow my loved one to lose that possibility of life altering surgery because you’re staff is incompetent. This information and all supporting documentation is being sent to the medical board for failure to provide adequate care. Good luck trying to even get a phone call back you get a voicemail that says call 911. Maybe we should and let them know that this place is practicing bad medicine. UPDATE: Refused to speak to me lied that a staff member who had just called and left my husband a nasty voicemail wasn’t in. Ya let’s call and threaten a kidney patient. Medical board complaint filed this morning 03/7/24 consulting legal council for further action against this place. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE “clinic” EVEN WORSE STAFF. YOU PEOPLE ARE GONNA HOSPITALIZE SOMEONE OR WORSE. !!!!!!!!"

"Feel free to go here if you don't mind having your appointments consistently changed and you don't mind being billed for more time than someone could possibly spend on barely reading your records and talking to you for less than 5 minutes. But I hear Cathy is great."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been a patient here for 2 years. I had to last minute cancel a few appointments a year ago due to my high risk pregnancy. Being that nobody EVER answers the phone I ended up finally having to leave a voicemail to cancel at 9pm because I had finally gotten off work and nobody answered during the day! I have since been seen three times but now due to my cancellation a year ago!! I now am required to pay a 130 deposit?? Why was I not notified of this the last 3 visits that I was seen at? I asked for the manager to call me. He instead decided to send me text through the portal. Super unprofessional! They obviously do not care about their patients and only care about money! Do not go here! Terrible place super unorganized and you’ll be highly disappointed when asked for money out of no where. If you had an emergency good luck even getting ahold of anyone! I’ve been waiting for a refill on my prescription for months!"

"This place is horribly ran. Sure the NP will order what you need ordered but you are responsible for making sure it gets done and that the NP is aware it has been done. No one will answer the phone so be prepared to leave a voicemail and wait a couple of days for a response. The main way they say they communicate is via the patient portal, which apparently they are doing away with because they receive too many messages. The clinic consists of 1 MA 2 NP's and receptionists. I received a call from a receptionists to tell me to stop taking my medication. I could not ask for a explanation due to the fact this person has no medical background. I was told to wait for my appointment to ask questions. So I am just supposed to trust this random person and stop taking medication I have been taking for 15 years and wait over a week for an explanation. When messaging the NP Catherine Soller about this and how I felt this was very unprofessional she suggested I go to a different clinic. Do not waste your time coming here. I take my health very seriously and they do not."

"I have tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt multiple times and they let me down every time. The staff might be nice but they can't get their stuff together whatsoever. I have had 2 separate times where they were supposed to call me to do an over the phone drs visit and they forgot and never called and almost marked me as a no show because of them being incompetent. Then they have sent me referrals for ultrasounds or blood work only for me to open them and find blank pages. This has happened like 3 times and I call to get it fixed and no one ever answers the phone. I. Not happy at all anymore with this place."
