"Our issue is with the administrative staff. several months after our appt. even though I verified twice prior, provided card info on extensive online forms and showed insurance cards at the appt I asked again we were assured they accepted our insurance because they verified before our appt. We now find out they do not accept my husbands insurance. We now owe over $400...apparently the staff did not verify and put the blame squarely on us for not saying it is an advantage plan even though the card does state its an advantage plan...lesson learned and want others to be aware."

"If I could put no stars I would. Literally worst primary care/behavioral health office EVER. Tried to talk to my primary care doctor about severe pain in my hip and she barely remembered my name and sent me out for an x-ray. After the office lost my x-ray I went back in just for her to tell me I had arthritis and when I questioned her and asked for an MRI she prescribed me a cream and sent me on my way. Never mind the fact I am 24 years old. I went to an orthopedic doctor because I knew something was wrong. I got another x-ray and there were no signs of arthritis AT ALL! I finally got an MRI to find out I have a labral tear and need surgery. As for the behavioral health side, my psychiatrist left so I had to be seen by a new doctor and because I take stimulants they only had one doctor who could prescribe them so I had to wait and was off my meds while going through grad school. When I finally talk with the new doctor right away she tells me she can't prescribe me any stimulants and isn't taking on any ADHD patients. At this point I just need meds because my school performance was suffering and we worked out a plan that didn't include stimulants. Come to find out, out of the three medicines the doctor said she was going to prescribe she only actually prescribed one. I tried calling the office and her and no one in the office could give me a straight answer and the doctor wouldn't even return my calls. After 3 weeks I finally had a new appointment and all she did was try to tell me how I should be studying in grad school and tell me there was nothing she could do. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back here. The most negligent doctors I have ever met that don't even really care about helping their patients. As someone who is going through med school right now it is clear they have not been fulfilling their continuing education classes or had any education at all."
