"Over month ago, I was given a referral to this clinic. Since then, I have been given the run-around trying to schedule an appointment, constantly being given misinformation. I finally made an appointment, and was called later that week and told that my appointment was cancelled because I needed to get an MRI first. I then got an email saying I still had an appointment, so I called scheduling to clarify. I was told by a female scheduler that she is the only woman in the entire office and that because she did not call me, I was "obviously a liar". I told her the way she was speaking to me was completely inappropriate and asked to speak to a supervisor. At this point, she began cursing at me and made multiple comments about my lack of understanding due to my disability. I was able to get in touch with her supervisor later that day, who listened to the conversation and apologized profusely for her behavior. She said the majority of those working in the office are women, so she was unsure of why the scheduler would say that, let alone all of the other heinous things she said. I received a call from a manager a week later saying that I am banned from this office, despite already admitting that I was the victim in this situation. Avoid this office at all costs, as they completely lack integrity, respect, and have no interest in advocating for patients."

"Cash payers use caution! I paid for my office visit in full with cash at a discounted price. I have spent the last 3 months disputing a bill with Optum now. I have received a bill, removing my cash discount and charging me for an ADDITIONAL visit on the SAME day. After numerous calls , talking to someone in billing saying they will investigate this and have a manager call me. I have had nothing except a reoccurring bill! This is unacceptable. I recommend everyone CHECK YOUR BILLING. This may be happening to you too!"

"Dr. Gandhi is seriously the BEST Neurologist in NM! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she is kind, compassionate, empathetic, & very respectful. She always takes her time with me. I never feel rushed with her like I do with every other doctor I've seen. In a way I want to keep her to myself, but seeing a low rating from someone who hadn't even seen her, I felt was unfair & wanted to set the record straight. The front desk receptionist, is great! If you have to hold, it's because she's providing excellent customer service to another human being & rest assured she'll provide you that same great service. I could seriously go on & on singing their praises, but basically they are truly amazing and I am eternally grateful for Dr. Gandhi, who diagnosed me, when so many others in her profession utterly failed me. I highly recommend her & her office."
