"I ordered a Taco pizza and paid $2.00 for extra chips. Not only did I get less chips, but less toppings altogether. This used to be my favorite pizza out of all the competitors, but this is the second time in a row this has happened. I'm done with Casey's pizza, sadly. I miss when the prices matched the value and quality. It used to be so good!"
"I placed an order for breakfast pizza at 10:30 am and by 12:30 I still hadn't received it. I tried calling the store and I'm pretty sure they pretended they couldn't hear me and hung up, this happened 3 times. I called another location and they called them and told them a customer was having an issue and they hung up on them too. I called again and told them I was on my way over and then I finally received a message saying my order was on the way right before I walked out of the house. The pizza came it was pretty much cold and not freshly made. The customer service was awful and the girl pretending not to hear me should be fired. $70 for 3 pizzas and a $10 tip is not worth it for this treatment."
"I ordered pizzas three hours early, arrived to pick it up and the order wasn’t started. I was not the only one whose pizzas weren’t ready when promised. Three other individuals were also waiting. For all of us this was not the first experience with mismanagement. This is the third time this has happened to me. This location on South 48th in Lincoln is the most poorly managed Casey’s I have ever seen. I love Casey’s pizza but won’t be back. I’m done with Casey’s!!!"
"Kitchen staff was very nice and remade our taco pizza after we asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce on it, but when we got home, our taco pizza was not what we were expecting. One of the worst ones we’ve had, they put extra of everything, and they put the cheese on top of all the toppings, which made it cook very weird and fall apart on us. Not sure if the cheese on top is a new thing they do but it made it cook awfully."
"We typically love Casey's pizza but out of the last approx. 10 orders we have ordered from Casey's in Lincoln on S 48th Street they have been wrong, things have been missing, or it isn't even started when we get there. So disappointing. Everyone around me tonight expressed the same experience while we all waited. This was our "taco" pizza......... Also the staff member playing video slots w the 2 dogs with her instead of working was an interesting sight."
