"Wow. I don't even know how to start. This is now the 2nd day in a row the line has been 7-9 people deep with other employees who don't jump in. This is, mind you, during the lunch rush and I would assume they know to expect a lot of customers. Furthermore, you can hardly get chicken or other food aside from pizza as its rarely stocked. And if it's a matter of selling out quickly, clearly they haven't learned how many people come through their location. I will not be back and will choose to drive into town now to find food or coffee as I will NOT wait in a line like that there again."

"Terrible customer service, this is the second time the same girl (short pink hair) has been behind the counter complaining about how lazy the night crew is and how much she has to pick up slack, in front of customers meanwhile not doing a thing? Asked for a certain drink and she said " don't know" didn't offer to look, then proceeded to continue her conversation while I'm waiting to pay for my other items the other girl starting cashing me out. At that point the first lady went outside and started yelling on the phone. Such a terrible look for your company. I will add I come to this location at night frequently and the people working are always nice and are working hard."
