"What a great place! I have visited a couple times now and my wish list keeps growing! They have some very cute items and a wide variety, especially for curvy gals. I love the products I have purchased so far and the customer service is amazing! I usually look online before I head over and the ladies are super helpful in finding what I want to look at first. Also, the atmosphere is very pleasant! I look forward to visiting again!"

"I wish I never ordered from them. I bought a sweater and had to return it because the sleeves were huge, not proportioned to the rest of the sweater. I originally paid over $8.00 for shipping and it cost me over $11.00 to ship it back so now I paid $20.00 and have nothing. Now I have a store credit and can't find anything I want but you can't get your money back. After about 9 months of looking I bought a top that I really didn't want but didn't want to lose the balance. The quality is so cheap. It doesn't even have a label on it. So I lost $20.00 and ended up with a cheap item. Don't waste your time or money!"

"I live in Omaha. I purchased items for a total of over $500 over the phone on Friday, October 21, from the Norfolk store because a relative was driving through and picked them up for me. Some of the items for the order were at the Fremont store. Tried items on that were picked up from Norfolk store and drove 30 minutes to Fremont store on Monday to get rest of the order and return items from other location that didn't fit. Tried on the items in the Fremont store and they also didn't fit. I returned all of the items, some of which never even left their store, and they refused to give me my money back, stating only store credit. I tried and tried to work it out with them since I was never told of their policy over the phone when ordering and was not in the store when I paid for everything, and several of the items never even left the store when I returned them, but the owner absolutely refused to work with me. I was told by her staff (all of whom were very kind) that she would call me to discuss this matter, but she only texted me instead and then refused to continue the conversation. I tried several times to work something out with her and gave her several opportunities to respond, but she would not. I just want my money back for the items that didn't work for me. If I had been advised of their return policy when making a purchase of that size over the phone in a store I couldn't visit due to location, I never would have made the purchase. Basically she is charging me over $400 to try on items."

"I’m surprised to not see any reviews! My husband and I are visiting from Chicago and between me, my husband, and my sister in law, we all loved everything they had and we each left with a new outfit. I’m curvy and my SIL is athletic. A lot of the clothes are stretchy and very fashionable. I’d shop here all the time if I lived in the area! Glad to support a local store!!!"
