"Angela and her staff did a fantastic job on making my wedding flawless She worked with me and my groomsmen one on one and made sure everything fit perfectly and was to our satisfaction. She made the experience fun and really helped lighten the wedding jitter tension. She also had refreshments!! Would highly recommend her if you are looking for tux's for any occasion!"

"I attempted to rent tuxes from Angela's for my wedding... Eventually my friends and family were invoiced for the tuxes, at price higher than what was agreed upon in our meeting with Angela's. I brought this point up with the owner, assuming it was a mistake. She then argued with me and accused me of altering the order as the reason for the higher price, even though everything was documented and electronically submitted to her via Jim's Formal Wear's site before I had even met with them to discuss the price. She then threatened to cancel the order altogether. I assume she thought she had me over a barrel, since the wedding was only a couple weeks away, and I would be forced to pay whatever amount she had come up with. I eventually cancelled the order, and placed the exact same order with Bridal Affair (who also uses Jim's Formal Wear for the rentals). Since I was ordering 9 tuxes, Bridal Affair gave me the groom's tux for free, whereas Angela's was requiring that I pay for that tux as well. Bridal Affair even charged us LESS for the other 8 tuxes than the amount Angela's had originally told me in the beginning. Luckily, going with Bridal Affair over Angela's ended up saving us all around $530 ($210 for the groom's tux plus it was $40 cheaper for each of the other 8 tuxedos). Even before the shady billing, calling their number would never result in the phone being answered, and emails went unanswered as well. So it made it very difficult for my out of town attendees to transmit their measurements to them. The owner did however eventually provide me with a number I could send texts to and receive answers. It is now 9 days since the orders have been cancelled, and my friends and family still receive daily emails about invoices that are "overdue" even though the orders were cancelled and never placed. Both of the owners made it very clear that they do have full-time jobs, outside of running this business. So it is possible that they just don't have the adequate time to keep all of their orders straight and this likely causes their patience to wear thin. I hope that their practices change, so future customers have a better experience."

"Absolutely worst experience at a bridal shop in the Scottsbluff area. Dresses are extremely marked up, tuxes are marked up at lease 20% with my own experience being my tux was $65 more than the other bridal store in Scottsbluff, the Bridal Affaire. Furthermore, upon trying finalize our order Angela’s was supposed to call back countless times and never once called back. Lastly, on our last incounter that really set our situation over the edge, my bride and I went into Angela’s to try to finalize our order because no one was calling back. When we went into the store the employees began yelling at us, treating us like we were children and were completely disrespectful. We have not had a bad experience with Angela’s till this point in time. I would strongly discourage anyone and everyone from conducting their business at Angela’s."

"From the moment we entered the boutique til the very end when we left, Dusty provided great customer service! She greeted us, smiled, and was very nice and friendly. She helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. It was exactly what I was looking for. I don't know what I would've done if it weren't for Dusty!"

"We had the absolute worst experience at this boutique. After months of having the wedding dress altered they continued to make mistakes and 9 days before the wedding the dress was still unfinished. When we brought up our issues Angela blamed the seamstress in the most unprofessional manner and made zero attempts to rectify any of her mistakes. Angela also attempted to charge the bride more than the quoted price to alter the mistakes she had made on the dress! The bride left the boutique in tears on several occasions and not one single employee treated her with any amount of respect or consideration. The owner Angela is unwilling to rectify any of her mistakes and instead accused the bride of being liar, when it was very clear that the alternations were not done as agreed upon. When the groom came in to try to get the issues resolved Angela agreed to offer free delivery and steaming of the dress, but said that taking any of the price was out of the question despite the emotional duress they had placed upon the bride for months leading up to her wedding. Now, 6 days prior to the wedding Angela contacted the bride and has said that she is willing to take $30 off the $180 quoted price or to delivery the dress and have it steamed. Angela has been nothing but rude and unprofessional and I have no words to describe what a terrible 3 months this has been for what is supposed to be a joyful time in a persons life. I will forever direct every single bride away from this establishment."
