"So, so, so disappointed. I was a repeat customer. Approximately 3 years ago we purchased a high end (at least that’s how it was presented), remote, reclining suede loveseat. We also purchased the extended warranty. After a little over 2 years, the motor on one side wore out. Ernie’s told us to contact the warranty company, who without even letting us completely explaining the problem, told us they know what was wrong, which tells me it’s common. They sent us a new remote, expecting us to install it, which was not the problem. This process alone took over two months. When they finally sent a tech out, I was able to show them where the bad connection was. A total of 6 months after the initial problem we still wait. Ernie’s had been no help whatsoever ever, even though they said to notify them if we had problems with the warranty company. Don’t waste your money!"
