"Walked in looking for a gift and wasn’t even acknowledged by the two associates working. The kept talking to each other, which doesn’t bother me, but I was flat-out ignored when trying to get their attention."

"I ordered a pair of jeans on Black friday(12/26), I then contacted them a week later as I noticed my jeans hadn't been shipped yet. They told me they were just experiencing higher volumes of orders and that was why it hadn't shipped. At this point, I wasn't too worried about it and understanding. I then received an email one week after that (two weeks from the day of my order) saying my order was cancelled with NO explanation. I then contacted the same day 12/9 and it is not 12/14 and I have not heard anything back on an explanation as to why my order was cancelled. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and I never write reviews. This had to be acknowledged. So terrible."

"Incredibly rude customer service from the manager. The deals throughout the store are not clear and he did not explain them well enough. The manager was super rude and kept saying that he "has already explained this to us multiple times" when we were still confused. As a long-time customer, I'm disappointed to have been treated this way and hope that staff changes are made in the future."

"I generally never leave reviews unless they’re great or extremely horrible. But, the lady helping me seemed like the manager cause she was older. Rude af. Wouldn’t even look at me when checking me out & acted like it was a huge hassle to help me. No wonder everybody that works there isn’t helpful or friendly... cause they’re boss isn’t a very good role model ?"

"No one hear is willing to help or greet you. They all just ignore you when you clearly need help. They all act like they’re there to model and just stand around. When someone went to grab a room for a customer they worker seemed piss that they had to unlock the room. Idk why these ppl work when they aren’t willing to help customers. I had no one greet me while I was there for an hour lol."
