"Food was pretty good last time we were there. Made a reservation on Feb 14th through Open table, who sent a confirmation email. Showed up and they had a sign on the door that they were temporarily closed for several weeks."
"I wish I could give a higher review, as this restaurant had the potential to be a nice place. My family and I made a reservation and were seated quickly, but all of that took a turn even faster. We ended up having to wait almost a half hour to even get drinks ordered, and that was only after we flagged down a waiter. My dad's order was not only incorrect, but it was also cold. He didn't eat it and still got charged for it, and only got the charge dropped after he complained. My order was initially wrong. I had ordered the chicken strips and received a chicken sandwich, and when that was corrected, it was obvious that the strips were just put on the same plate in place of the sandwich, as there was a blob of pesto (which the chicken strips do not come with) underneath the lukewarm fries. I would’ve even taken the same plate if it were cleaned off, but to just leave food from the incorrect order on there is incredibly tacky. People that came in after us were served quicker than we were and the manager (if she even is one) was disrespectful and made excuses instead of apologizing. When my dad spoke with her about my plate, she said “She ate her plate so it clearly didn’t bother her”. Do not speak for other people like that. It did bother me. I didn’t see the pesto at first because it was underneath the fries. Obviously I would have to eat part of it to see it. What if I were allergic to pesto and accidentally ingested some? What would the excuse be then? Being busy is not an acceptable reason to be rude. Overall there was no real apology or resolution given. Do not come to this restaurant, seeing as we were not the only customers treated poorly. This is the first time I was ever tempted to walk out of a place without paying. (The trash was on the floor when we got there, as well.)"
"Less than ideal experience. Had a reservation and was seated fairly quickly then it went downhill. Waited about a half hour for a server and then only got one because I flagged a waiter. My husband’s order was wrong, He didn’t even eat and was originally charged, charge was taken off after he complained. My daughter’s order was originally wrong. When the correct order was received, it was obvious that they took the sandwich that was originally on it and replaced it with the chicken tenders she ordered. You can see the pesto sauce on her plate. Tables that came in after us were served quicker than us and the “manager” made excuses instead of apologizing. There were a lot of excuses made but no real apology or resolution. First time in years we were tempted to walk out without paying. Shame too, has good potential."
"I made reservations the night before the Blake Shelton concert to come to this restaurant and try it again. It was delicious! We went with the spicy shrimp and crab leg boil and added crawfish with it. We had leftovers to take home, walked out super stuffed…and it was worth it! Our server was very friendly, the food came out super fast, and I’m happy to give this restaurant a much better review this time around."
"The food here was AMAZING! We were so happy to find a place like this in Lincoln, Nebraska. We got the seafood boil with crab legs, shrimp, andouille, corn and red potatoes... it was excellent! Their French bread is amazing too. And to top it off, we had the cheesecake, which was fabulous."
