"Just my experience. Had an out of frame done on my detroit four years ago including new crank. Have had zero problems, not even an injector. In 2019 I had a jake conversion from the pacs and it's the best engine brake I've had in a detroit. Just had the whole front suspension rebuilt including kingpins. Not cheap but worth it. If there's an issue they are very amenable and the manager will talk to you and they will get it resolved. This is one place that I've found where the mechanics will take the time to talk to you and explain what's going on. Most places you can't even get past the service writer. I've had a couple of issues here but it has always been resolved and as a single truck owner it's really nice not to be shoved to the back of the queue because I'm not a big earner for them."
