"My boyfriend and I picked a trailer up from this location for a 825 mile move. The man who helped up hitch the trailer told us that all the brake lights worked. When we got the trailer home, we noticed that the cord for the right brake light is just dangling, dragging on the ground and has very obviously not been connected for a long time. We don’t really appreciate the employees lying to our faces that all the brake lights work."
