"Absolutely life changing experience. The workers and the manager are very well versed in their craft. I felt like I was being ascended into the sky after my very pleasing trip and encounter at this location. 5 stars all the way from the smell of the store to the last delicious drop of sauce in the sandwich. Would recommend, would be a perfect location for a family holiday too, quintessential sandwich place!"

"I would have given this Goodcents 5 stars in the past. However, a few things have changed that I really don't like. The first problem is that I really don't like their new rewards system. I don't know why they changed it. The old rewards system was simple. With each purchase, you earned a balance that you could either save or use with each visit, and it wasn't a convoluted point system. An employee would tell you that you have a balance of (Insert dollar cents amount) and that was it. It was kind of like earning cash back on a credit card. The new system is unnecessarily complicated in comparison. The second problem is I don't like the new beverage machine they installed at this location. The old machine had a touch screen with many different flavors. Take a look at my pictures to see what I am talking about. Switching to a machine with limited choices is a downgrade! Boo! Also, a small irritation, the last time I was there. I clearly said I wanted a 12" inch sandwich. I was handed, and charged for, an 8" sandwich. The guy who prepared my sandwich looked like he had a rough day, but it's important to pay attention. He could have avoided this mistake if he repeated what he thought he heard before preparing it."

"These guys make the best sub sandwich in town as far as I'm concerned. The bread is always super fresh. They slice the meat right in front of you, and the toppings are the best. I don't know where they get their super fresh tomatoes this time of year, but they do a great job"
