"Employees too busy talking loudly and not worried about customers. The mushroom burger we got was so greasy couldn't hold on to it. The bun kept sliding off the hamburger patty and saturated w grease. The fries were not all the way cooked and the runza was dried out and appeared to have lost at least some of its filling as it was falling out on the wrapper."

"I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency."

"Runza restaurants are basically a little higher quality fast food. Their burgers are good, but not great. Onion rings and fries are average. The main reason to choose Runza over another fast food restaurant, is the dish sharing the same name as the, the Runza. For those who don't know, a Runza is hot stuffed sandwich; white bread filled with beef, cabbage and seasonings. You can add various ingredients to your Runza, making it more Italian or perhaps a Swiss cheese mushroom Runza. Runzas are delicious, if you like loose meat sandwiches with cabbage. If that's not your thing, Runza won't hold anything special for you."
