"The drive thru is very tight. If you don't know how to park in tight spots, I highly recommend going to the Runza on 48th & O instead. The meals were over $10 per person after condiments (which we didn't even get). Out of all the years in business, you'd think they could figure out how to make the smothered grilled chicken sandwich, not a smothered wrapper with soggy bread and chicken. The salads are now smaller (aka the size they probably should have started with anyway), but they seem more like a usual proportion. Overall, I am highly disappointed with Runza now."
"A must try Nebraska favorite. Great runzas, burgers and f-rings (fries & onion rings)"
"I went through the drive thru on 40th and Randolph. I had to repeat my order, of 3 meals, multiple times. After finally making it to the window, while waiting for my card back, I could hear them clear as day making fun of the way I talk.(due to a slight studder when having to repeat myself as many times as I did.) Causing me to feel extremely uncomfortable, upset, and Self conscious. But what made it all worse was when I got home, and took my first bite of my bacon cheese burger. RAW BACON. Yes! Raw bacon. And to top it all off the onion dip for my frings. It didn't smell right when opening it. Tried it out of wishful thinking. Poor. Very poorly placed wishful thinking. The onion dip they had givenme had obviously gone bad.. I am honestly just so disappointed."
"Overall: pretty good! First time in Lincoln and at a Runza. I Food. Good. They told me they have some of the best ranch in the Midwest. It was pretty good. Service: quick and good."
