"They always overcharge for stuff, even when told what we want. Chip bags are 1/4 of the way full, would be nice to get more than 10 chips. Everytime we go somethings wrong or missing. The service is absolutely the worst. No smiles, unfriendly, don't communicate with each other. Commercials say "fresh" but meat is dried out and hard from sitting in a pan all day. Do yourself a favor and go a few blocks down to pepperjax. Actually cooked fresh to order and they aren't rude to you and don't charge for things they're not supposed to."

"Save your money. Choose another chipotle location or another place to eat altogether. I have eaten here several times and it's always the same story. Out of items on the line and not willing to use the ones on the drive thru line. On my last visit, Dec. 2023, they were only taking cash or online orders and were out of 5 items on the line and not restocking them. This was during normal dinner hours. No longer patronizing this location."

"We were super excited to finally have a Chipotle on this side of Lincoln, but it has been nothing but disappointment! Location is constantly dirty and they have messed up our online order 4 out of 5 times. When I called to try and get the order fixed and get the actual food I ordered, I was given an 800 number and a “reward” so I could reorder. The 1 time out of 5 my order was actually right they gave me a single order of meat when I ordered a double and spent $15 on a bowl. I’m a glutton for punishment but this location has used up all my “we’ll give it one more chance(s)”!!!"

"Extremely Disappointed with Chipotle's Incompetence and Horrible Food Quality I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a meal for pick up from Chipotle, and I cannot express my deep disappointment enough. The entire ordeal was a complete disaster from start to finish, leaving me questioning whether the cook and the order preparer should even be employed. First and foremost, my order was missing numerous items. It's mind-boggling how a supposedly reputable establishment like Chipotle could fail so miserably at basic order accuracy. I specifically requested certain ingredients, yet they were nowhere to be found in my meal. It's as if the employees neglected their responsibilities entirely and just threw random items together without any consideration for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the quality of the food itself was abysmal. I'm no culinary expert, but I can undoubtedly distinguish between good and bad taste. The food I received from Chipotle tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, devoid of any semblance of freshness. The ingredients were stale, the meat was dry and flavorless, and the entire meal had an unpleasant aftertaste that lingered far too long. It was nothing short of an insult to my senses. This level of incompetence and lack of attention to detail is utterly unacceptable. As a paying customer, I deserve to receive what I ordered, and I expect the food to be of decent quality. Chipotle failed on both counts, leaving me with a terrible taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. It is evident that the cook and whoever handles the orders at Chipotle need to be held accountable for their negligent actions. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is disgraceful. I strongly believe that they should face consequences for their incompetence, as it reflects poorly on Chipotle as a whole. In conclusion, my experience with Chipotle's pick-up service was an absolute nightmare. From missing items to the atrocious taste of the food, I am left feeling deeply dissatisfied and disappointed. I sincerely hope that Chipotle takes immediate action to rectify these issues and ensures that such a disappointing experience is never repeated. Otherwise, it's only a matter of time before customers lose faith in the brand altogether"
