"The old guy at the register was so rude. Made me wait 17 minutes to order after my friends did. From ordering to being done eating it took an hour and 15 minutes. the serving size was not even a 1 person amount. Our food came cold, I paid go change my noodle, and it didn’t come changed and i never got my side. I ordered it with no mushrooms and tomatoes and came with it. Got yelled at by old guy for asking for the rice krispy that I paid for. Never got utensils and had to ask, they came with plastic bowls and utensils. I will never be coming back. Paid $21 for something that costed $6 probably to make and had to wait for an hour."

"Food is awesome. But the service is awful. There's 1 girl running everything up front while the other employees just sit there and they don't even help her. I came in told her I was picking up an online order and I go sit down and just watch my food sit there after it was all packaged up and ready. I felt bad asking for my food since she was so busy."

"Noodles & Co. uses to be one of my faves. The location off of O St. has soured my taste for it over the last couple years. But tonight sealed the deal that I will never eat there again. My husband ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles for me. I was disappointed when he brought it home and I started eating. The noodles were burnt and had a bad taste like freezer burn. But what grossed me out was the vegetables tasted sour and expired. I ate as much as I could before I had to call it quits (what is pictured). To the manager's credit, I called and described the taste of my dish. He was kind and shocked, refunded my order over the phone, and said he would talk to his chefs. His response is the only positive out of this experience. FYI, in the past, I've ordered Buttered Noodles with added Parmesam Crusted Chicken. The last time, the chicken was undercooked. The times before that, very little seasoning had been added so the dish tasted like plain noodles. To summarize, the manager was kind and responsive. The staff who put together the food DO. NOT. CARE."
