I had reserved prime parking, but it turned out that there wasn’t a single free space (or even a free one). the employees refused to help me, they didn’t care what I paid. and the other driver did not pay and took prime parking. I have never had problems with parking, because I pay for my guarantee! terrible service. I had to drive 200miles more and find a new parking lot"

"I have never met anyone so conscientious who works behind the counter at around 8pm. I was amazed. This lady was so nice and over the top trying to please customers. She cares a lot! I hope she is recognized and rewarded for her efforts. Thank you dear sweet lady."

"I recently visited the Flying J truck stop and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The store appeared to be very outdated and lacked any upgrades that would make drivers feel welcome. The store layout was also quite congested, making it difficult to navigate through the aisles. To make matters worse, the laundry room was extremely outdated, with a room full of machines, but only one washer and one dryer worked well enough to wash and dry clothes with one use before going offline. This was a major inconvenience for me and other drivers who needed to do laundry while on the road. Overall, while the Flying J truck stop had a convenient location and some basic amenities, the outdated store, and poorly functioning laundry room left much to be desired. I hope the management will consider upgrading their facilities to improve the experience for drivers in the future."

"I avoid this one. Not much works good here. The place isn't that clean. There are different prices at at fuel pump. The parking lot is big but not even. The Plus for today is paper towels and washer fluid at the fuel pumps. The restaurant is open again. They do have a subway. The rest of the food isn't that good. The new owners are not recommended."

"I have to say this isn't weirdest but coolest Flying J I have seen by far first out of the most peculiar things around the average selling stuff and every typical Flying J it's just the way that it's all set up just because it has two floors and on the second floor you can see that they wanted to make like a movie theme it is pretty cool I want to go to the second floor scared with a mannequin trying to sell your tickets on the second floor you can find pool Lounge to relax and see you soon television I'll be outside as a couple of boost to see some TV and in there you can get a lot of showers and these are the biggest showers I've seen the first floor there's a bunch of things of course they got your typical food stand also you have a game room and I forgot that on the second floor you have it very big laundry room restaurant with a very cool thing of your 60s. Overall I do recommend this place for a long stay"
