"Worst service I have ever had. Our waitress couldnt get us our drink she was too busy talking with other tables. Another waitress got them for us. I thought she was gonna be our server so we stayed. Then the other one came and got our food order. I regretted staying after this. She let our food sit up at the window and served other tables their food first I assumed she thought she could milk good tips off of them. Finally after 2 hours of being there we had to go ask for our card back because she was holding it while standing at a table and talking for 15 minutes."

"Food is very tasty and fresh. Always hot, never cold. Good music and TVs everywhere love going to this bar. The only negative thing is that sometimes the staff gets overwhelmed with customers, and the food takes a while to come out."

"Normally I enjoy Sportscaster. Good food, good prices. But last Sunday we went in before the football rush. We were one of five tables when we arrived just before noon. We ordered. 45 minutes later we got our appetizers. An hour in the waitress said they got slammed. They were busy, but our ticket should have been one of first five. To get to the point quickly, we ended up leaving at 2:15. That is over two hours waiting on our food and every other table in the place had theirs. Our waitress pretty much avoided our table and eye contact. I had prepaid at 115 since my son had somewhere to be, I didn’t want to be held up with a check when we were done eating. When we gave up at 215 I left the receipt unsigned and wrote refund requested since we were there 2+ hours. I can tell you that as of four days later they charged me $50.00 for appetizer cheese sticks and three fountain pops. My request for a refund was not granted."
