"Very poor customer service!! Do anything to get your money, was there for a simple question and discussed i don’t want it worked on I didn’t have the funds, just to tell me what the noise is and if they couldn’t do that I’ll just wait and have it looked at later that day. They agreed and took my keys, I was there all of 10 min and they charged me $50 for a diagnostic check which they did not even preform. Called to understand the situation and the owner called me a whinny customer and he won’t deal with it and hung up on me. Mind you I bought my car from them and this is how they say thanks folks. Also they will charge you for services that they blatantly skip over and that’s coming from several of the shop workers they’ve had. Beware!"
