Single Barrel

"I'm in town for work. I was hungry. I was hesitant. A steak house at the hotel. Reviews were good. My expectations were low on the food, high on the drinks. Let's start with I was SHOCKED!!! Bourbon was of course amazing. Confirmed. Had a barrel mule (Kentucky mule /bourbon mule if you don't know what that is). Fantastic. Food. Honestly, one of the better steaks I've had at restaurant. In the top 10 for sure. I'm a steak snob. Usually, I'm disappointed when I get restaurant steak. Single Barrel delivered! The sirloin was amazing. Ordered Medium Rare. On point!! Side salad was delicious. As was the mashed potatoes with the sirloin. Service was great. Everything about it. I'd recommend and come back."
